This summer, Ibiza will see the arrival of The MAINE’s newest international location; introducing MAINE Ibiza. Opening at the beginning of June 2023, the new restaurant takes over a carefully restored 18th-century finca by the small church of Sant Francesc de S’Estany, a short drive from Ibiza Town. Ibiza’s newest hot spot, MAINE Ibiza will feature 200-cover alfresco dining split across two levels, offering a locally inspired menu, magnificent mixology, and a thoughtfully crafted entertainment programme.
